Once you cancel your reservation through email or direct contact, you can have your payment refunded in the following ways:

• By the 15th day after the start of the stay, 100% of the amount will be refunded;
• By the 8th day from the beginning of the stay, 50% of the amount will be refunded;
• From the 7th day from the beginning of the stay, the full amount will be withheld.
